How does it work? Portrait parties can be held almost anywhere. As a host or hostess, you invite friends and neighbors to your home or even a favorite park, and each group (minimum of 8) receives a 15-minute photo session. All guests will have 8 to 12 proofs to view online one week after the party, and orders can be placed with the host or hostess for up to one week. The host or hostess earns 15% of the total party sales as a credit toward their order of the photos taken at their party.

What should you wear? Keep it simple. Solid colors work best. Jeans or khakis and a black or white shirt create a great look that doesn't compete with you, the main focus. The best family photos are achieved when everyone dresses in the same tone or color, which makes for a uniform look that keeps the attention on your faces. The most important thing is to be comfortable.

Your photo session lasts 45 minutes to an hour. You will have approximately 20 proofs to view online two weeks after your session.

The session fee is $125 for up to four subjects and payment is due at the time you schedule your session.

Additional subjects are $15 each.
